I am a graduate of Wichita State University with a M.Ed. in Counseling. I also have a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurial Ministry Leadership. I have received advanced trauma and somatic therapy training from world-renowned leaders such as Dr. Gabor Mate, Sat Dharam Kaur, and Dr. Abi Blakeslee. For the last two decades I have worked in various ministry roles, primary and urgent care settings, hospice, and crisis. I'm bilingual English/Spanish.

My professional interests are in wisdom - how to obtain it and transmit it - as well as gaining awareness of one's internal world, particularly as it relates to childhood experiences and bodily reactions.
